Magic Train is committed to providing a seamless shipping experience to all our customers. This shipping policy outlines key information about delivery timelines, shipping rates, methods, restrictions and more. Please read through this policy carefully before placing an order on our website.
Delivery Timelines
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout based on the shipping destination. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from dispatch to delivery. We strive to deliver faster but delays can occasionally happen during periods of high order volumes like sales or holidays.
Expedited shipping options with faster delivery timelines are available at an additional cost. Expected delivery dates are clearly mentioned for all shipping methods. If an item is unexpectedly delayed beyond the estimated timeline, we will notify you via email and provide suitable resolutions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination of the order. All applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 499. For orders below Rs. 499, a standard shipping fee of Rs. 50 applies. Additional charges may be applicable for remote areas like Andaman, Nicobar Islands etc.
Expedited shipping like Express or Next Day delivery can be chosen at an extra cost. Taxes and customs duties (if applicable) are separate from the listed shipping rates.
Shipping Methods
We generally ship orders through reputed courier partners like Delhivery, Ecom Express, Blue Dart etc. The shipping method is automatically selected based on the delivery address, order size and promised delivery time.
Standard ground shipping is used for most deliveries across India. For remote regions, air freight may be used to reduce transit time. Express and Next Day deliveries are fulfilled by air express methods.
Based on stock availability, inventory allocation, delivery location and volume of orders, we reserve the right to split a customer order into multiple shipments. Separate tracking information will be provided for all dispatches.
Address Errors
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping addresses during checkout to avoid erroneous deliveries. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver to the provided address but will not be liable for errors caused by missing apartment numbers, wrong street names, pin codes etc.
In case of undelivered or returned packages due to recipient address errors, applicable re-shipping fees will be charged for re-attempting delivery. We may also cancel orders that remain undeliverable after multiple attempts.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking IDs are provided as soon as an order is dispatched. You can track the latest status of your order on our website or mobile app using this tracker ID. It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking system to initialize after dispatch.
Our customer service team is available 24/7 to assist with any tracking or delivery-related queries. Please contact us promptly if your order does not reach on time or if you experience any address/location issues during final mile delivery.
Cancellations and Returns
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know immediately through the Magic Train website or by calling our team. Cancellation requests are accepted as long as the order is not already packed or dispatched.
